Lemon and cucumber are excellent aids to help you on your weight loss journey. Lemon water is great to drink because it has been shown to help detox, cleanse and alkalises your body. And cucumber is has a naturally high water content of over 90 per cent and it’s also a great source of fibre too. These two will help your digestive system and will hydrate your body. Sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger and reach for the first snack instead of hydrating the body. Drinking lemon and cucumber water might help you feel fuller for a bit longer, thus you’ll eat less calories.
