Put a clove of garlic in your bath water and soak in for at least an hour. Do this at least twice a week. For best results, you should do it every day. The anti-inflammatory effects will help reduce the redness and swelling associated with psoriasis. If you find the garlic drying out your skin, then reduce the time you are doing this treatment.
